The view from the restaurant was amazing. The shower was great and the room was clean.
Our room was overlooking a carpark but it didn't really affect us as we spent very little time there. It was also tiny, but again didn't really affect us.
Good views of both the American Falls and Horseshoe Falls
It was a bit old inside and in urgent need of renovation. The proximity and beauty of the falls pulls in the customers, so I am sure renovation is not a priority.
The accessibility to the falls, and other fun places, the historic design of the hotel itself!:)
The airconditioning is not that strong:( the room is a bit small.
Nice lobby, close to the falls
Tiny Rooms, simple bathroom, view of parking garage...
The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in could not have swung a cat in there the air conditioner was very noisy
The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff are excellent.
The room was very small (closet like) and was looking into the parking garage, so we heard car alarms going off all night.
The hotel is in an excellent location - just steps from Clifton Hill and the Falls. We were able to get from our hotel to the casino, to the Hard Rock Cafe, the hotel next door and other restaurants without stepping outside, which is very nice on rainy days or in the winter. The pool area is very nice, with spacious sitting area, hot tub, sauna and pool. The staff were very helpful - always smiling - very courteous. Hotel was clean. The restaurant on the 10th floor, where we had breakfast each morning has an amazing view of the Falls from almost any table. This hotel is now our hotel of choice when we stay at the Falls.
I was upgraded to King size room on arrival and then the second moved to Level 11 with Falls views (both American and Canadan Falls). I enjoyed my dinner at Rainbow Room Restaurant (Level 10) where you may save $40 for two (please the Ads inside the lift). Staff are nice and helpful.
If you can, book Fallview rooms as you can only see the rooftop of air conditioners from City View rooms. Check regularly you could be lucky to pay the same price for a fallview room.
The room was wonderful. Lots of room to move around. Very nice patio.
We were not told about the elevator from the 9th to the 11th floor which we were on was not working. It was a bit of a let down when we had to carry our laugage up two flights of strairs. A staff member(Chris) had a bit of an attitude when we ask about the elevator. We started up the stairs and just when we hit the 11th floor he came to ask if we needed help. I suggested that maybe he should of ask that before we started up. We left him then before I said something that would ruin my stay.
The best location walking distance to everything, the only thing I didnt like was the room was very small and the air conditioner very noisy as the bed was right next to it we tried to increase the temp so it wouldnt come on so much but it stayed on all night
We had an amazing room overlooking the falls, the service was incredible, the staff we friendly and quick to serve! Would most certainly reccommend this hotel to our friends and will be staying there again! Thank you for a great trip!
We were greeted at check in by friendly efficient people who made us feel welcome. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular.
After a wonderful stay which included a delicious breakfast, we went down to check out. Here's where our problems began. The restaurant had not posted our breakfast bill. The young lady at the front desk called and was told it would be posted when they got to it. We were told to come back in 15 minutes. Instead I went to the restaurant and explained we were meeting a train in Toronto and had to leave. The bill was posted...incorrectly! We were charged the full amount instead of the package difference. After another 15 minutes of waiting for the restaurant to confirm and fix the error, I asked to see the manager. I asked him what he could do for us as we would never be able to meet our train. This was the most nervous and indecisive gentleman I have met. He did agree to post "some" points to our Priority Club card. We'll see.
Location and ambiance. Views were excellent too.
The airconditioner was very noisy, but fortunately the windows open, and we prefer fresh air.
We did not like it at all the price is not worth it, the roomes are small and out dated. We would not recommend going there. Plus we end up paying extra for the water park; not good. The only thing that was ok is the water park but I think it should be part of the motel package. We will not go again we rater go th great wolf loge
The location and the view of the Falls is excellent.
Air conditioning in rooms not sufficient on a hot humid day. Bathroom really outdated and no exhaust or air in there.
